    4. Enter your contact details, and click COMPLETE CHECKOUT to complete your order.

  • We deliver to Cambridge, Kitchener, Waterloo Region, Guelph, and surrounding areas. Within 40 km of our office, Staged with Kare offers a fixed fee of $125 for delivery and $125 pickup. Any additional travel beyond this distance will incur a charge of $2.00 per kilometer. For delivery to areas further than 40 km, please inquire for a custom quote. The minimum order total is $750 before delivery costs.

  • While we focus on furniture rentals, our sister company, Staged with Kare, offers expert staging consultations to help bring your vision to life. Feel free to reach out to them for personalized guidance.

  • We accept all major credit cards and online payments. If you have specific payment needs, feel free to contact us for assistance.

  • Yes, the minimum rental period is 28 days (or 4 weeks). Contact us for more details on availability and terms.

  • We’ll coordinate pickup at a time that works for you. Our team will handle all the logistics for a seamless return process.

  • Our furniture is reserved for staging and display only, so it’s not available for personal use. We focus on helping create beautiful spaces for showcasing!

  • Yes, you can modify your order before it’s finalized. Please reach out to us as soon as possible for any changes following checkout.
